Mentawai Surf Retreat is a small, boutique surf resort on Nyang Nyang Island in the north Mentawai Islands, Indonesia. We're not too flash and we're not too basic—we're relaxed, friendly and serious about giving our guests an incredible surf trip.

We're looking for a hands-on RESORT MANAGER, and GUEST SERVICES MANAGER to help run the day-to-day operation and become part of our MSR family.

This is NOT a paid surfing holiday. 😜

Yes, you'll live in paradise. Yes, you'll have warm water and world-class waves on your doorstep. But you'll also be the person helping keep everything running and operational when things go wrong or 12 guests want to know where they're surfing tomorrow.
