Located on the beach at the end of the jungle, with a perfect fun wave immediately in front of the resort, the remote island of Nyang Nyang is our home.

Overview

As the Resort Service Manager, your main job is to oversee our small team of kitchen and cleaning staff, ensuring food management and resort guest service standards are met. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day guest services of the resort and ensure that it is operational across all aspects of: guest arrival preparation, guest accommodation preparation, working with and supervising our small team of crew, kitchen and food stock management, food waste management and resort laundry management. You have at least basic experience in these areas. You will also be responsible for guest arrival and departure logistics, working closely with our team in Padang. There is an administrative component to the job which includes email communications, and booking and invoicing.

You have a sharp eye for detail and will commit to ensuring the surf resort always looks and operates at its best. You have a “go get it” attitude and actively search for areas of the camp to improve. You take pride in your work and strive to help others with tasks beyond their capabilities.

The Essentials 

Languages: Fluent English and at least some basic Indonesian

Minimum age 26 years

Experience managing a property or similar (desirable)
